Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Support and participate in the 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Ensure consistent guest experiences and store performance.
