Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store in the Tucson area. You will assist with daily operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while achieving store goals.

You will participate in 3+ weeks of leadership training to prepare you for success, with opportunities for growth into management positions within a supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays
• High school diploma required

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success
• Support hiring, supervision and direction of store team members
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and store performance
