Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is 100% committed to the professional and personal development of our family of associates, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training and mentorship.

You are in charge of assisting the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
