Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store and help drive financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve store objectives and exceptional guest experiences.
• Complete the 3+ weeks leadership training program and apply learnings on the floor.
