You will assist the operation of a single location, supervise staff, and drive financial results while ensuring outstanding guest experiences. A three-plus week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Provide leadership training and on-the-job coaching to team members.
