Job summary

Panda Express in Glen Allen, Virginia is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to help run a single location, hire and direct associates to hit financial targets, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program designed to set you up for success.

The position offers pay from $23 to $26 per hour plus bonus opportunities, medical and other benefits for full-time staff, and a clear path to advancement within Panda Express as part of Panda

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Support store leadership training and development as part of onboarding.
