Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Open and close shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training through the three-week or longer store leadership program to prepare for success.
