Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in store leadership training and development programs.
