Qualifications

• Supervisory experience as an assistant manager, team lead, or key holder.
• Ability to oversee and lead alongside the General Manager.
• Strong focus on customer service and team development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the General Manager, for all store employees.
• Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures for the store and foodservice areas.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs to maximize sales and profits while maintaining asset controls.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the Speedy Rewards loyalty program.
• Order products, manage inventory levels, and verify deliveries.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License and auto insurance for area pricing surveys.
• Possess a high school diploma/GED or college degree.
• Ability to multi-task, perform bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
