Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store and supervise associates to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
• Help hire, train, and direct staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in store leadership training and development programs to support professional growth.
