Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will help run a single Panda Express store, hire and guide associates to meet financial targets, and ensure guests receive outstanding service.

A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. We offer comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities, including ongoing leadership training and growth into management roles.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
