Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Support store leadership to deliver exceptional service and operational standards.
• Complete the 3+ weeks of store leadership training program to prepare for success.
