Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides leadership training and mentorship to support personal and professional development.

You’ll assist in operating a Panda Express store, hire and direct associates, and work toward financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ weeks leadership training program is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Support store leadership to deliver exceptional service and operational standards.
• Complete the 3+ weeks of store leadership training program to prepare for success.
