Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will assist in operating a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial and customer-service outcomes. A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

The role includes a 3+ week management training, mentorship, and Panda community support to help you grow professionally and personally within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
