Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and supervise associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct associates, ensuring smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in a store leadership training program of 3+ weeks to prepare for success.
