Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Texas. You will help run a single Panda Express store, hire and guide associates, and drive financial performance while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

We offer a comprehensive leadership training program, paid development, and opportunities for advancement within a growing family of restaurants. This full-time role requires flexibility to work openings, closings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: ServSafe certification required.
• ADA accommodations available during the application and interview process.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain standards.
• Support ongoing leadership development through the training program.
• Participate in a store leadership training program of 3+ weeks.
