As an Assistant Manager you will help run a single store, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and support store team to achieve financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
