A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. Eligible candidates will have a high school diploma, be willing to relocate within 50 miles, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda store under supervision.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
