Job summary

AT&T Cambridge is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations at the Cambridge location. You will collaborate with the store manager to oversee merchandising, product launches, and day-to-day activities, ensuring customers enjoy an exceptional experience with our products and services.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, drive sales performance, and partner with stakeholders to implement initiatives that extend beyond the store.

We’re offering a specific $5,000 Sign On Bonus ($1250 after 90 days, $1250 after 6 months, and $2500 at 1 year of service) for external candidates, including this location. (Internal employees are not eligible).

In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. Our Assistant Store Managers earn between $53,200 - $79,800 in annual salary plus $18,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
