AT&T is hiring an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Orange, CT to help oversee daily store operations and lead a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will partner with the store manager on merchandising, product launches and achieving sales objectives.

The role includes coaching retail sales consultants, participating in best-in-class training, and driving sales performance with access to AT&T benefits and a generous compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience is required.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Assistant Store Managers earn between $53,200 - $79,800 in annual salary plus $18,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
