Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC seeks an Assistant Manager for our Cosmo Prof brand in Dayton to lead store operations, develop staff, and drive sales growth. You will oversee brand standards, merchandising, and omni-channel activities while ensuring exceptional customer service and attendance to inventory controls.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail, prior supervisory experience, and strong communication skills; cosmetology licensing is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: supervises and supports planning to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales.
• 30% People: trains and develops teams, actively recruits, coaches and communicates with staff.
• 30% Operations: ensures execution of company processes and omni-channel fulfillment.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: maintains a safe store, protects assets and follows procedures.
