GPM Investments, LLC in Texarkana, AR is hiring an Assistant Manager for Store 4418. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach a team, and ensure a fast, friendly shopping experience across all shifts.

This full-time role requires weekend and holiday availability, reliable transportation, and a Food Safety Certification. We offer weekly pay, a $1,000 sign-on bonus after six months, benefits, and opportunities to grow into leadership.

Qualifications

• Open Availability: weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Physical readiness for cleaning, trash, and outdoor areas.
• Minimum age 21+.
• Proficient in English with basic math.
• Willing to learn and grow in a retail leadership role.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Run the register with speed, accuracy, and great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team; upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train and lead a frontline team focused on service.
• Step in as acting manager when needed.
• Handle inventory, ordering and merchandising; maintain stock.
• Maintain clean store, pumps, restrooms and outdoor areas.
• Create and manage team schedules; ensure coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee finances.
• Provide feedback to motivate the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to consistently upsell products and promotions.
