Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 4312 in Fayetteville, AR. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, run the register, coach teammates, and help ensure excellent customer service and store performance.

Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays, with second or third shifts. This full-time role offers weekly pay, a potential sign-on bonus, 401(k), PTO, health benefits, and clear paths to store-management opportunities.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Physical readiness to perform cleaning, stocking, and general store upkeep.
• Minimum age requirement is 21+ years old.
• Proficient in English communication with basic math skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt to store operations.
• Food Safety Certification is required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store (including restrooms, trash areas, and pumps).
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership that motivates the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned.
