Job summary

Qualifications

• Open availability for weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning, stocking, and maintenance tasks.
• Minimum age 21+ and ability to perform cash handling.
• Clear English communication and basic math skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to store procedures.
• Must obtain or hold a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Assist with hiring, training, and leading a customer-focused team.
• Step in as acting manager when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock levels.
• Maintain clean, welcoming store areas including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full shift coverage.
• Handle daily cash deposits and oversee store financials.
• Provide leadership and feedback to motivate the team to excel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Open Availability: You must be available to work weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.

• Reliable Transportation: You must have a valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance to complete bank deposits.

• Physical Readiness: Comfortable with tasks such as cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining outside areas like pumps.

• Minimum Age Requirement: 21+ years old

• Communication Skills: Proficient in English with basic math skills.
