Qualifications

• 3 years retail experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Eagle Browser.
• Experience in different store departments.
• Advanced knowledge of operating a POS system.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments.
• Familiar with computer systems and email.
• Familiar with reading industry and financial reports.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales promotions and merchandise displays.
• Recruit, train, and communicate with staff; assess performance.
• Plan work schedules and assign duties.
• Monitor and reorder merchandise from distribution center.
• Ensure compliance with security, sales, and recordkeeping.
• Address customer complaints or inquiries.
• Open and close store; handle security duties.
• Manage payroll budget and fiscal responsibilities.
• In the Store Manager's absence, act on day-to-day operations.
