SNIPES in Miami is seeking an Assistant Manager to fully manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager. You will lead staff, set up promotions, and ensure consistent merchandising and customer service.

You will train associates on register and Aptos POS, monitor performance, and help hit sales plans while maintaining brand standards and a positive, fast-paced environment for customers and team alike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage store staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Set up sales/promotions with proper signing promptly.
• Process register functions and ensure proper adherence to procedures.
• Demonstrate leadership to drive sales and profitability.
• Train associates on register and Aptos functions.
• Monitor performance and help meet sales plans.
