Job summary

SNIPES is seeking an Assistant Manager to fully manage staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager. The role focuses on leadership, store presentation, and delivering strong sales results in a dynamic streetwear environment.

You will work with Store Management, HR, and other partners to uphold brand standards, execute floor sets, and mentor teammates while ensuring a positive customer experience and loss prevention controls.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years retail leadership experience as an Assistant Manager or department leadership is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong drive to achieve results and a proactive mindset.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift 15–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in ensuring store meets Company standards for cleanliness on sales floor and in stockroom.
• Set up sales and promotions with proper signage in a timely manner.
• Process register functions and ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Demonstrate leadership to drive sales and profitability and help meet sales plans.
• Communicate store goals to the team and monitor performance.
• Train associates on register and Aptos functions as needed.
• Assist with loss prevention and securing Company funds per policy.
