Job summary

Nordstrom Inc. is seeking an Assistant Service Experience Manager in Lakewood, Colorado.

You will support coaching an interactive team of specialists to drive education, adopt new customer-centered behaviors, and collaborate with merchandising to align change with customer initiatives. You will also help manage budgets, protect customer information, and perform service and cash-room duties in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Support security and privacy of customer information through education and compliance.

A day in the life… Demonstrate ownership of disciplines and process adoption with technology and innovation that enhance the customers experience Assist the Service Experience Manager in coaching an interactive team of specialists who drive education efforts through influence and coaching to ensure the adoption of new behaviors and processes Develop relationships with both merchandising and store teams to effectively help lead and integrate change that promotes customer driven initiatives Assist the Service Experience Manager with financial aspects and budgets to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement within the organization Assist with protecting security and privacy of customer information including education, compliance and disposition of issues Perform all Service Experience, Cash Room and Communication procedures as applicable You own this if you have… Ambition to grow as a leader and pursue future opportunities as a Department Manager A track record of successful results, for example, strong productivity and achievement of goals Strong organizational, delegation and follow-through skills Clear and effective written and verbal communication as well as strong interpersonal skills The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as, MS Windows, iOS and Android A high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)

Pay Range Details

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$24.25 - $27.00 Hourly
