Nordstrom Inc. is seeking an Assistant Sales Department Manager in Fort Lauderdale to drive sales through directive selling, team development, and excellent customer service on the sales floor.

You will partner with the department manager to meet volume goals, coach staff, maintain merchandising standards, and build loyal customer relationships while managing inventory to reduce shrinkage. This role offers commission-based incentives and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Ensure salespeople are delivering outstanding customer service by teaching, coaching and leading by example
• Work with the department manager to ensure merchandising and presentation standards are met
• Build long lasting relationships and create a loyal customer following by actively selling on the floor
• Assist the department manager in ensuring accurate inventory management and achieve shrinkage goals

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. $16.60 - $27.00 Hourly
