Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC in Greenville, SC, is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Prime Storage Group facilities. You will rent units, handle inquiries, and drive customer service and sales while maintaining clean, safe properties.

This on-site role requires 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. You’ll use POS systems and Outlook daily, lift up to 50 lbs, and occasionally work at both Greenville locations listed in postings.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant customer-facing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to perform maintenance duties and lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Rent self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivable and process payments.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and on time.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Sell features and benefits of the property.
• Resolve customer issues promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of the property.
• Inspect the property and perform lock checks.
