Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Drive sales, marketing, and occupancy at the facility.
• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, walk-in, and online inquiries.
• Show, rent, and clean units; sell packing and moving supplies.
• Manage delinquencies through calls, letters, and invoices.
• Handle daily office operations: open/close, petty cash, deposits, reporting.
• Maintain a clean, safe property and perform light maintenance.
