Westport Properties, Inc., doing business as US Storage Centers, is seeking an Assistant Manager Self Storage to service Tampa, FL locations. You will market and rent storage spaces, split time between office and the property, and uphold daily property upkeep.

The role offers full-time hours with a 9:00 AM-6:00 PM schedule, travel 10-25%, and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, restaurant, fast food, hospitality, customer service/sales or self-storage experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to perform essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property
• General property care, cleaning, and maintenance
• Daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent
• Accurate payment processing and cash handling
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience
