LOFT in Oceanside, NY is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, engage customers, and model the brand's behaviors to drive results.

You will coach associates, help recruit and develop talent, use technology for omnichannel shopping, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver excellent service and financial discipline.

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Position Type: Regular/Full time

Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.25 Hourly USD
