Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store operations and supervise daily floor activity.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and brand standards.
• Maintain visual displays and inventory accuracy.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions and protect store assets.
• Operate POS and fulfill omni-channel orders.
