Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science, Emergency Management, Occupational Safety, or Engineering.
• 8+ years of leadership in industrial fire prevention, emergency services, or manufacturing safety.
• Active emergency certification strongly preferred (EMT, Paramedic, EMR, or Hazmat).
• Safety credentials (CSP, CIH, SMS, OHST) desirable.
• Experience with large-scale emergency planning, multi-site compliance, and operating budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site Fire Chiefs, emergency responders, and safety personnel across facilities.
• Oversee enterprise emergency response programs, including Hot Work permitting, Fire Watch, and pre-incident planning.
• Ensure readiness of emergency vehicles, response apparatus, medical gear, and PPE per NFPA/OSHA rules.

• Direct incident investigation root cause analyses and standardized safety reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
