MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Mid Rivers Mall location in St. Peters, MO. You will supervise staff, support daily operations, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in retail or food service, strong leadership, and solid organizational skills. This full‑time role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment under Store Management.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• Proficiency with POS systems and retail management software.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
