Job summary

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager for our 13214 Tesson Ferry Rd location in St. Louis, MO. You will lead a team, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive store performance.

You will train and develop staff, oversee daily operations, assist with scheduling and payroll, and collaborate with the Store Manager to improve sales. We offer competitive wages, PTO, employee discount, and opportunities to become a Domino’s Franchisee.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service abilities.
• Experience in food service or retail management preferred.

Responsibilities
