Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Training experience preferred.
• Open/close stores on Sunday through Saturday schedule.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to train team members and supervise tasks.
• Ability to adapt schedules to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, professionally resolving issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store and proper maintenance of equipment.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.
