Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and overall store responsibilities.
• Establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.
• Lead recruiting, training and evaluation with the Store Manager.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department standards and movement of inventory.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per the policy manuals.
