Responsibilities

• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence and supervise staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments when necessary.
• Monitor inventory movement and customer trends to drive profitability.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Maintain quality customer service as outlined in manuals.
