Job summary

Windsor Fashions LLC in Manchester, NH seeks an Assistant Manager to lead a fashion-focused team of Stylists and drive store productivity. You collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales, shrink, payroll and expense goals while upholding Windsor's Visual Guidelines and policies.

You will recruit, train, and develop up to 25 employees, delivering an exceptional onboarding experience and fostering a culture of respect and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience developing and motivating a team of up to 25 employees.
• Quick thinker capable of resolving issues with customers and associates.
• Effective communicator in group settings and one-on-one.
• Willing to receive feedback and continuously improve.
• Flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as part of the sales-directing team and host an omni-channel Oasis experience.
• Support Store Manager in talent recruitment and onboarding to build a strong talent pool.
• Plan and organize store operations to execute daily tasks and maintain visuals.
• Lead by example, coach and recognize staff to foster continuous improvement.
