The role emphasizes leadership, development of team members, and maintaining store standards across our 50+ locations in Middle TN and Southern Kentucky.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Associates degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Passion for guest service and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to develop self and others.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in leading store staff to maximize guest experience.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding service.
• Model Sudden Service culture and core values.
• Train, develop, and lead staff to go above and beyond for guests.
• Provide daily coaching on roles and store culture.
• Maintain product standards, inventory, and appearance.
