Job summary

Little Words Project LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, drive sales, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, coaching staff, managing daily operations, and stepping in as acting Store Manager when needed. Weekend availability required.

• Support in-store events, bead bar appointments, community activations, and other initiatives that drive guest engagement.
• Step in as the acting Store Manager when needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and cash-handling requirements.

We're looking for a high-energy, hands-on Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Nashville store! This role is ideal for someone who loves retail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about coaching and developing people.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help lead the team, drive store performance, and create an exceptional guest experience.
