• Assist RGM with hiring and training of restaurant staff.
• Build a bench of holding managers and team members for seamless operation.
• Maintain excellent customer service and enforce service principles.
• Oversee inventory, forecasting and scheduling processes.
• Ensure health, safety and brand standards are met on shifts.
