Job summary

Subway seeks an Assistant Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and inventory control. You will schedule staff, train team members, and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires prior restaurant supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a team of roughly 4–12 people. POS knowledge is desirable and flexibility for shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong communication skills across all staff levels.
• Computer/POS knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Trains newer or less experienced team members.
• Supervises daily operations to maintain food safety and cleanliness.
• Schedules staff and assigns tasks; monitors inventory.
• Ensures compliance with safety and security standards.
• Assists with product orders and inventory as needed.
• Plans and supports promotions and events.
