Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help manage daily operations, maintain a clean restaurant, and deliver the high level of guest service that defines our brand. This role requires leadership, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee a small crew, schedule staff, handle inventory, and participate in training and strategy sessions to keep Jersey Mike's energized and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, fast-paced restaurant.
• Lead a crew of 3 to 7 people.
• Open/close the store and manage prep.
• Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
• Create employee schedules and place inventory orders.
• Assist in training and lead by example.
