Deloitte Real Estate Advisory is seeking experienced professionals to help clients optimise real estate and infrastructure investments. You will work across development options, viability studies, and delivery strategies, delivering holistic advisory services for major regeneration and infrastructure schemes.

The team leverages finance, consulting and digital skills to address complex challenges in a dynamic market, with a focus on collaboration, integrity and impact.

Qualifications

  • MRICS qualification preferred with degree or postgraduate qualification
  • Experience providing support on development options, site feasibility/viability reports and delivery strategies
  • Experience running development appraisals and cash flow modelling
  • Experience supporting holistic advice on major regeneration and infrastructure schemes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills
  • High attention to detail and highly organised
  • Able to act independently and as part of a team
  • Desirable: Excel, Argus and AI platforms experience
  • Experience supporting marketing & development partner procurement exercises

Key essential skills and experience:

  • MRICS qualified (or equivalent) preferred with a degree and/or a post graduate qualification or equivalent
  • Experience providing support on development options, site feasibility/viability reports and delivery strategies
  • Experience running development appraisals and undertaking cash flow modelling
  • Experience of supporting teams to provide holistic advice on the delivery of major regeneration and infrastructure schemes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills.
  • High attention to detail and highly organised
  • Able to act independently and as part of a team

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Proficient user of Excel, Argus and AI platforms
  • Experience of supporting marketing and development partner procurement exercises
  • Experience of supporting preparing Business Cases for investment

Infrastructure and Real Estate

Our Infrastructure and Real Estate team supports both public and private sector clients on complex infrastructure, real estate, and capital projects.Typical engagements include urban regeneration, transport, energy and renewables, and occupier advisory to central government and large corporate companies.

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
