Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is seeking an assistant manager in Fort Myers to lead shifts, uphold quality, deliver outstanding customer service, and keep the store running smoothly. You’ll also manage inventory, hiring, onboarding, and administrative tasks to support daily operations.

The ideal candidate brings prior leadership in food service or retail, a proactive approach to solving problems, strong communication, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Proactive problem solver who fixes issues rather than reporting them later.
• Ability to have direct conversations with teammates and still be friendly with customers.
• Strong organizational skills to prevent admin backlog.
• Calm and steady under busy shifts.
• Reliable and trusted by the entire store.
• Open availability including weekends and evenings.
• Able to stand all shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and uphold high standards across the crew.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost awareness.
• Screen applicants, interview, and assist with hiring.
• Onboard and train new hires.
• Handle scheduling and back-office tasks.
• Back up the Store Manager when they are off.
