Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running daily operations, uphold company standards, and lead a customer-focused team.

Responsibilities include inventory counting, maintaining cleanliness, supervising employees, interviewing and onboarding new hires, and ensuring timely commissary deliveries, with other duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work with minimal supervision,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Previous management/quick service experience is a plus.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotating commissary deliveries.
• Other job duties, as needed.
