Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to assist the General Manager in daily operations, inventory control, and maintaining store standards.

You will supervise staff, interview and onboard new team members, and ensure cleanliness and equipment upkeep. The ideal candidate has prior management or quick service restaurant experience, is able to work with minimal supervision, and can motivate cohesive teams with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards
• Counting inventory and supplies
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
• Efficient employee supervision
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
• Rotating commissary deliveries
• Other job duties, as needed
