Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily store operations. You will help supervise employees, interview and onboard new team members, manage inventory, and ensure cleanliness and equipment maintenance according to company standards.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring reliable transportation, strong communication, and the ability to motivate a cohesive team. Prior management or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards
• Counting inventory and supplies
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
• Efficient employee supervision
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
• Rotating commissary deliveries
• Other job duties, as needed
